A dear friend of mine commissioned me to paint a scene from Paris. Though the Eiffel Tower can be a bit cliche, I had a photo of it at night so we went with that. Me and my big mouth! I had never painted a night scene before but as soon as I got over my fear of painting a night scene, it was a lot of fun. Makes me want to go to Paris and paint! Wouldn’t that be a dream painting trip?
